Hi,
I am new to the fitbit community and products.
Just got an Ionic and love it. However want to know if it can be worn during kickboxing sparring sessions? Will it be able to take the blows (punches and kicks)?
Further can it absorb the pressure of a punch when it contacts the bag or the opponent?
Really anxious as want to track my sessions without damaging my watch.
Thanks in advance,

You may try to put an extra-thick screen protector to make it more sturdy but I would think twice if I were you 🙂 I use Ionic when I go climbing but I have to be very careful. It can get easily scratched by contact with holds. Before, I was using a screen protector, but now I put a thick sweatband on my wrist to protect it ( can't see the screen but that's fine with me ). Mind that I am able not to get any hit but in your case, it may be entirely out of your control. Ionic doesn't seem to be a heavy duty device.
