Ionic LCD faulty

Woke this morning to find LCD screen on my Fitbit Ionic is not smooth & I'm getting other lines running top to bottom in colours across the screen. Have just factory reset & screen is still the same. Is a repair possible or do I need to replace it?

In Australia if that makes a difference

Non-repairable. If you are still in warranty, good. If not, bad luck.

I think Australian consumer law may cover you a bit longer - Not sure.

I have an Ionic, new that I bought secondhand a couple of months ago. No receipt unfortunately. So I am careful. Don't swim/shower with it etc. As I'm not covered.
