I've had the Fitbit Ionic for just under a month, the last week or so it has been dying everyday. I've charged it to 100% then had to charge it again by the end of the day.

I've turned off all day sync and even turned off my phone bluetooth connection and it still doesn't last overnight. Please help

This happened with my first ionic after about 2 months.  I contacted fitbit support and they ended up replacing it

Edit: I took it off charge 2 hours ago and it is sitting at 80%, not happy.

Thanks for replying! I got in contact and they just swapped it for a new one, so far has lasted 4 days and still on 50% battery, happy.

Hey Mat, this is now happening with my fitbit ionic also. I'm going to call them, but did they say if they figured out what was wrong with them? Or are we going to have to keep replacing them every 6 months? How long is the warranty and does it reset with the replaced one? Spending $300 and so many needing to replace in under 6 months does not sit well with me.

I did latest update yesterday and wished I hadn't!  Charge now lasting for 5 hours.  I started keeping a record yesterday when I had to charge it 3 times (from 0% up to 100% each time).  I have been in contact with Fitbit support by email.  I've had my Ionic since last October and it was basically fine apart from some synch problems but now ...... not a happy bunny!
