Truly amazing how many people are having problems with the Ionic. Just looking in this community I see a bunch of posts from people having the same issue as me. Ionic working fine, then it just goes dead and there is nothing you can do to bring it back. Spent 20 minutes on the phone with support to see if I could get a replacement and the best they can offer is 50% off a new watch. Looks like Fitbit has a quality issue with the Ionic and they have lost another customer.

Whether or not someone is having issues with their watch is more a matter of "depending on the customer."

Had this happen to me today. Battery was fully charged, spent about an hour atvthe gym then watch just completely died. Was offered the same 50% off deal.
