First time I've noticed NaNNan on my watch face this morning. Also, my step count was over 4,000 (assuming I don't walk that far in my sleep) so I'm wondering why it didn't reset over the night. I changed watch faces and it still shows over 4,000 steps. Do I need to do a factory reset?

I am having the same problem. I've tried to reset my watch multiple times and charged it to 100% but no change. This just started 11/27/18

I'm getting the NaN on all third party watch faces that have the weather option..I try entering in a API key from openweather as the watch face makers advise you to create one at the openweather siteonce entered in the clock face settings API key field....they (all weather watch faces) always come up as NaN in the weather section.... all locations services are on and the FitBit stand alone weather app works fine...just can't seem to get weather on clock faces 😞

A warm welcome to the Community! If you are using a 3rd party clock face please change it to a different one in the Fitbit mobile app. If this do not help to solve the issue please send me a photo of the NaN error message.
Have a nice day!

Hey there, I would suggest you to just reinstall the same watch face again(by changing it to the different face temporarily). It would solve the problem as mine!
