Ionic No longer syncs and can't set steps goal

Last sync was yesterday at 9pm and now it won't sync at all for all data.

 

Cannot set a steps goals - check mark feature doesn't work

 

Blue tooth set up doesn't seem to be working at all

 

Suggestions from anyone?
