Ionic Not Charging

My Ionic had about 15 percent charge but then just went blank.  I hooped it up to power and it came back to life but the battery charge will not go above zero.  I have restarted it and turned it on and off multiple times.  I cleaned the back contacts with rubbing alcohol and I have tried multiple charging sources and two different cords.  Any other ideas?

@Claygr welcome to the Community. Sorry to hear you have been experiencing an issue. It sounds like you have carried out all the usual diagnostics for this. I would now suggest contacting Customer Support who will be able to assist you further.
