Hello,

I just recently bought iphoneXs and it seems that when i try to search the fitbit Ionic with Bluetooth it doesn't show up, however it seems that only works with my iphone6s & I've paired it with my Microsoft windows laptop.

 

I even deleted my profile and try to re-create that with setup a new device using the fitbit app but no luck.

your suggestion and help is highly appreciated.

@TforTexas Thanks for sharing those details. I'm glad to hear that your wife has ordered the Fitbit Ionic. I know that by now you will be probably on vacations, but if you're still having same issues I'd consider trying a couple of restarts on the Ionic then try to pair it again with a different syncing devise to make sure it is working properly.

@Micki1760 If you need to update your Fitbit device I can request a case for you. Out team can help you with your options.

I finally figured it out go into settings and go into notification and it asked to pair with phone I said yes after that it worked great sometimes annoyingly so lol
