Ionic Not Recording Activities

Either the gps doesn't connect or the bike rides don't sync with strava. Now the latest, my most recent  bike ride not only didn't sync with strava at all, it doesn't even show up in exercise. I know it was recording because the finish option showed up and it gave me stats at the end. The watch has no record of this ride at all. It's been months and months of inconsistent reliability and I'm tired of it. I'm contacting them next week to try and get a refund. A 300 dollar waste of money.

@monionic I hope you're doing well! Thanks for reporting the new situation you are experiencing with Ionic.

 

Did you synced your watch after tracking the bike activity? Please make sure you have successfully synced your watch for the activities to show on your dashboard's activity history. 

 

Also, is this the first time this has happened to you? Has this happened before? Can you tell if this only happens with bike activities or with any other activity type?

 

If your watch is not syncing, please try these syncing troubleshooting steps to sort that out.
