My ionic all of the sudden wouldn't hold a charge. I had it at 100%, but then it was completely dead within a couple of hours.
I plugged it in to my computer to charge, but it just keeps cycling between the Fitbit logo, a completely unresponsive clock face, and a black screen. According to the app and the device, the battery is now fully charged. I've tried a soft and hard reset, but it just keeps going through the cycle.
