Ionic Not Syncing and Showing Incorrect Time

My Ionic was 'glowing' last night all night. I turned it off and restarted as stated holding left button and bottom button, but it won't sync. Now showing a time almost 10 hrs behind. Device will not sync. Not even 5 mos old yet!

You can also try going to the settings and choosing shutdown. Let it sit turned off for a bit and then put it on the charger.

@Rabbileblanc I hope you're doing well! Thanks for sharing the experience you have had with Ionic not syncing. Thanks for restarting it in order to sort this out.

 

Adding to what @SunsetRunner said; if that doesn't work, please try these syncing troubleshooting steps in order to sort that out. Try the steps in the order given for best results.
