My fitbit ionic is no longer connecting with my iPhone 7plus. The last sync was on 1/1/18. Please help!

@Nim3 Welcome to the Fitbit Community! Are you still experiencing this?
Make sure you have iOS 10 or newer for your Ionic to sync with the Fitbit App.
