Husband spent small fortune on Ionic for my birthday approx a month ago. Yesterday it stopped syncing. That's ok-- I had the same problems with a Flex 2 and a TomTom watch. Easy -- reboot phone, turn Bluetooth off and on etc. This morning I have wasted an hour doing this over and over with my Ionic. It will Bluetooth to Windows 10 version of Fitbit app but not iPhone and of course when I try to make it connect to iPhone again the laptop loses it. I just want to regain the connection I had yesterday to my iPhone please. Reading through these forums it seems like this is common... absolutely gutted as have given away other running watches because I'd got this super-brilliant Fitbit. Will have to go back to holding my phone with Strava... please advise. Thank you.

@Moggyrunner Welcome to the Fitbit forums! Thanks for taking the time to post the experience you have had with Ionic not syncing. Thanks for trying those steps in order to sort this out.
In this case, I'd recommend checking if you have performed all of these syncing troubleshooting steps. Try the steps in the order given for best results. If you already tried some of them; please try them again.
