Ionic Not Updating to OS 2.0!!!

I have tried for days to update my Fitbit ionic to OS 2.0. I’ve went to friends houses to get better WiFi connection, used data, Bluetooth, reset my phone, reset my Fitbit, EVERYTHING!!! My ionic starts to update and then a big red X pops upon my Fitbit and the app just gives me the option to try and update again. Somebody please help!

You've tried everything there is to try it seems so time to contact Customer Support.

 I could done it. But don't update to os 2. There are too many bugs reported online. I have problems too.
