screen frozen

hard reset performed and now frozen again, app blank, won’t pair.

cannot get a response from Fitbit support.

anyone help please?

How do you do a hard reset. Mine is 2 days old. Stopped working, won’t charge.

Hi,

press all 3 buttons until Fitbit logo disappears and then let go of the bottom right.

Can you get in touch with anyone at Fitbit?

they are ignoring my emails?
