A warm welcome to the Community @caprincesaini! I appreciate the details that you've mentioned as well for the troubleshooting performed.

Our Support team can provide you with options based on the Fitbit Warranty. However, we need you to perform some troubleshooting before escalating your post with them.

I would like you to confirm that you've restarted it. Also, please reply to the following questions:

- Is your display working?

- What do you mean by it's not working up to the mark? Are you seeing any mark on the display?

- Have you connected it to your Wi-Fi network?

Regarding the other issues that you're experiencing, please check this article about how accurate are Fitbit devices? Is your Ionic not tracking all the steps or is it tracking less steps?

In regards to the exercise not tracking, are you using SmartTrack or are you manually logging it?

Please make sure that you're fully charging your Ionic. Also, this time change the USB ports.

Have you double checked the heart rate track with your Ionic? Also, provide me with more details about what are you experiencing with your heart rate tracking issues?

Regarding your calorie burned issues, check this article on how does Fitbit estimate how many calories you've burned?

Hope this helps. I'll be around if you need further assistance.

Reply to the your questions are Following

1. Yes Display Is Working Pretty Fine No issue With Display

2. Up to Mark Now working as mentioned in Product details while Purchasing Like Battery Backup, Steps Tracking , Heart Rate Tracking, Notification Updates Exercise tracking ( which all are working absolutely fine Before Firmware Update)

3. Yes I have Connected it my WiFi Network

4. While I Do Factory Reset It Don't delete The Songs Which i updated in my Device Memory

5. its not about Tracking Less steps , its Marley tracking 1000-1500 steps a day only. However i used to running a hour, Two Hour a day Volleyball and outdoor games. Before Firmware update for same activity it was around 15k-20k range steps .
