Ionic Notifications

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

So I've searched the forum and I can't find anything on this.

I've had my ionic for not even a week and I'm having difficulty dismissing notifications - i can swipe some away but others just refuse to go! This is not specific to application but does seem to kick in around 2nd or 3rd notification.  Is anyone else having this problem?

Thanks

They’re certainly not as easy as the Blaze was. I’m hoping it’s just a registration issue with the touch screen that’s a bit hit and miss for the moment and so can be fixed with a software mod.

I also have this issue,  how do you dismiss or acknowledge notifications,  they keep reappearing and I cannot tell new notifications from old.

Welcome to the Forums @linzena @Lordbridle

Thanks for sharing your inquiry, let me help you out. As @MikeF dismissing notifications on the Ionic is different as it was with the Blaze, I recommend following these notifications tips:

  • To delete a notification, swipe it to the right.
  • To delete all notifications at once, swipe to the top of your notifications and tap Clear All.
  • If a notification is long, tap it to see the rest of the message contents.
  • To exit the notifications screen, press the back button or swipe up.

You can find more information on the How do notifications work article. Robot Happy

Hope it helps!
