Ionic Overseas Disaster

Ionic would not sync once overseas. On my fifth Ionic, 2nd time I have had a problem on vacation. I want  a refund!  This is rediculous!

You will have to contact Fitbit, refunds can not be given out by the Fitbit users. 

 

Did your phone have a good Internet connection? 

 

What country? Maybe the port(door) Fitbit uses has been blocked.
