Ionic -Poof after only 14 months

I'm terribly disappointed. After only 14 months, my ionic  no displays anything on the screen. There is a faint hint of light emanating in the background when I charge it but it won't shutdown or restart.

Hi @rdrubio ,

 

Sorry to hear that. Without the screen lighting up, it's going to be difficult to navigate.

 

Take a look at this thread, and try the button pushes. If that doesn't work, you can continue onto a factory reset.

Work out...eat... sleep...repeat!
