hi all, not sure if somebody is experiencing this but after the latest firmware update, i am noticing a werid behaviour. when i wake up in the morning it shows the RHR after syncing. After few hours it changes to RHR + 1. during those few hours i may have gone out for a run wiht gps+HR tracking, OR i may not have done any specific activity, it still changes.
anybody experiencing this?

Hi @rahulganatra, it's great to see you in our Fitbit Community. Regarding the RHR tracking issue that your Fitbit Ionic has experienced, I'd like you to restart it as described in this help article. After this, monitor your Fitbit device during the next 24 hours and see if the issue gets fixed.
Keep me posted on the outcome.

I've been wearing a Fitbit tracker with HR tracking for nearly five years now; what you describe is pretty normal. What I've seen is, on days when I run in the morning, I get a bump in my RHR of a point, maybe two, however, on days when I either don't run in the morning, or don't run at all, I see my morning RHR drop a point or so during the day.

Building upon what I said above, when I got up today my RHR was 44 bpm, I then went for a 10-mile run and now I'm showing 45 bpm. I assume that is because even though it's been about two and a half hours since I finished my run and am really relaxed at the moment, my current heart rate is registering at 54; well above my typical "sitting in my chair and typing bpm".
