Ionic Refund Issue - Still Awaiting for my Refund Payment

Hello everyone,

I'm posting here to see if anyone else is experiencing a similar problem and to get some advice.

I completed the Ionic refund process as requested by Fitbit on June 21, 2025. I received the confirmation, and I even have a video recording of the entire process, from the first step through to completion on the Sedgwick portal.

However, it has been several months and I still have not received any payment via PayPal. I have tried every contact method available:

  • Calling the refund center: No one answers the phone.

  • Chat support: They claim they have no authority to help with this issue.

  • Email support: I was simply told that my refund request was canceled, with no reason provided.

To make matters worse, when I asked for my device to be reactivated since the refund was supposedly canceled, they said they couldn't do that either.

This entire situation feels like a scam. They've collected my device and money, and now I have nothing. It's incredibly frustrating.

Has anyone faced this? How did you resolve it? Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated.
