Ionic Restarts when playing bluetooth music

When connected to my bluetooth ear buds my ionic will resart completely.  It will take me to the fitbit logo and back to the clock screen and my ear buds will disconnect.  This happens after a few minutes of playing fine.  It just happened to me while sitting at my desk with the ionic and bluetooth receiver in close range.  My watch is at 84% charge.

I cannot get the watch to consistently play without shutting down.  This has also happened when working out which has also stopped the device from tracking my workout as the entire device was shut down.

I would contact Fitbit explain this and ask them to look at the back end of your ionic.

This happens to me as well. Unfortunately, no solution as of yet.

I am also having this same problem and very frustrating.  If anyone knows a fix let us know!

Any resolution on this? Happens to me too. Exactly 7mins into any activity whilst playing music and tracking GPS.
