Ionic Screen Glitch and Not Responding

Hi,

I bought my husband his fitbit IONIC 3 months ago. He used it everyday, and takes it off when he showers. A few days ago he noticed that the screen has glitched and is showing the screen twice. We've tried restarting it/ turning it off and on but, it has still been the same. The screen is also unresponsive when touched. 

I hope we're able to fix this as he really enjoys wearing it.

Try a Factory Reset by swiping left to Settings, About, Factory Reset.

Hi thank you for replying. The screen is unresponsive. I've turned it back on and now the screen is black. When I push the buttons on the sides it vibrates. But the screen is black with a glitch on top
