My Ionic is charged and will sync with my phone and it seems the sensors are working, but the screen on my watch is completely blank and will not light up. The buttons on the sides don't work and I've tried to factory reset with no luck. Any advice? The watch charges, tracks activity, and syncs but the watch screen stays blank.
