On the watch itself, the settings button does not work. When I push the button the screen turns black, and goes back to the clock face. I can't even reboot the watch since I need to access the settings to do so. What to do now...?

@Tsethier, it is not true that you need access to the Settings app to restart the Ionic tracker. Press & Hold the bottom right button and the left button at the same time until the Fitbit logo displays, and then release both - that will restart the tracker. Check out the help article, How do I restart my Fitbit Device?

I'm having the same issue with my Settings icon not working. When I press it, it goes to larger settings image and then back to home screen. Any way to fix this?

Hi, did you ever get a response to this? My FitBit started doing the same thing.

My Ionic was brand new when this happened. Customer service couldn't resolve this issue so they sent me a new watch. The new one has worked fine.
