I do a lot of interval training and my watch slips down my wrist ALL THE TIME. Also, the sweat under the HR reader causes inaccurate reading since I know my HR is high 190 but it reads 140... Any ideas on improving or helping this Issue? One idea i have was wearing a sweat wrist band to help hold the watch up for interval training. Not sure is it will help the reading error from sweat though. IDEAS?

Sweat band may help (just don't put it under the watch 😉 ) The standard strap that comes with the watch is fairly slippery I've noticed, you could try a different band, leather or metal that should not slip as much, but using a sweat band to stop it slipping down your wrist would be the cheaper best option to try first. If it doesn't work as well then try another band there are 3rd party bands that are cheaper you can get, I'm sure a google search will point them out to you, just check the reviews first as the old saying goes, you get what you pay for (most of the time)
