Ionic Steps won't register

I just got my Ionic Jan. 1st. 2019. This is the 3 rd. day where it will not register steps or heartbeat without completely shutting it down and starting it back up. It just stops in the middle of workout, running, etc. so  I miss out on steps. For the amount I paid for this, it is extremely upsetting. Has anyone else have this problem?

Hi @nutron That must be irritating, and not something you want to be doing every time you exercise. Have you tried a factory reset? That would be worth trying as the restarts havent helped. Go to the settings app on the watch and scroll down to About. If you co tinue to have problems, please come back here.
