Ionic Stopped working after factory reset!!

Be very careful fitbit community! My Ionic was less than 2 yrs old when it stopped reading my heart rate correctly last week.  I had restarted it several times to fix it, but it still kept miss-reading my HR. The next step to fix it according to Fitbit is Factory Reset. When I did that, it never turned back on. Fitbit support or lack thereof, had no solution to fix it.  The only solution was to offer me a 35% discount to buy another one.  I was not happy, but I do see it is a need.  So I went to go purchase the new ionic and come to find out, it is not one of the watches they are offering with the 35% discount.  The best watch that they offer is the Versa 2.  The problem? It does not have GPS!!!  Fitbit Customer service (I use that lightly) could not offer me, a willing buyer and current customer, the ionic or anything comparable with their "discount" they offered to keep me as a customer.  They would only offer the old trackers they are trying to liquidate. Thanks but no thanks!!!!!   So I say Good Luck Fitbit community maybe I will be seeing you on a competing smartwatch forum when yours takes a dump!!
