Charging my Ionic and it got stuck at Logo Screen; restarted device and now its stuck on screen with a big Circle X that says Data not cleared Sync & try again. Tried syncing from App, but nothing happens. Tried 3 button restart again but Ionic comes back to Circle X screen. What do I do now?

Certainly this is not the way we designed our Ionic device to perform, I appreciate your effort and patience troubleshooting it prior posting. I'd like to share with you that if the firmware update fails, you may see this image on your watch's screen:
If this is the case, I recommend you to check our help article: Why can't I update my Fitbit device? and take in consideration all the information and steps that are specified there. Please keep me posted.
