Ionic Syncing

Hi,

I am trying to sync my fitbit to an android app on my black berry.  Each time I go through the set-up device option on the app and go through the stages, it just reverts me back to the settings page, where I have to select set-up device again.

The app finds my Ionic, then four digits appear on my watch which I put in on my phone, it says connecting, and then goes straight back to the settings page with the watch not synced, leaving me the option to set up a device again.

I have tried restarting both the app and the watch - not worked.

I have tried uninstalling the app, reinstalling - not worked.

I have tried turning my blue-tooth on and off - not worked.

Please help
