Ionic Syncs and Works with ZTE N818S

Ok I'm a newbie with the Ionic 
Wasn't sure my ZTE N818S would work, but it does 
I have the app on the phone & with bluetooth & wifi on everything works
Now it's not a perfect match cause my phone does sometimes disconnect & the sync circle just goes round & round never stopping so I do have to go to setting on my phone & make sure both wifi & bluetooth are still connected then click on them to make sure then the sync works
So just wanted to put up that the app works on ZTE N818S phones
Sad part is the app doesn't work on my iPhone 4S cause the update for it stopped at OS 9 no OS 10 but if you try to load the fitbit app it will tell you that it can down load an older version,but if I'm right the older version will not work with the Ionic / Versa / Charge 3 just like if your pc is running windows 8.1 then you can't use your pc to sync with the ionic
Too many bugs with Windows 10 for me to chance running it so I'm stuck with just being able to do things with my phone
When I ran the software for the pc set up it says at the bottom " Ionic Versa and Charge 3 can only be synced on mobile " yet Yes I know that if your running windows 10 you should be able to sync on your pc
So the ZTE N818S does work with the app & the Ionic

@deaftrucker Welcome to the Fitbit family! Thanks for taking the time to share the positive experience you have had with Ionic and ZTE N818S syncing. Also, thanks for sharing your feedback about app functionality. I will let out team know about this.

I'm sure your input will be of great use and beneficial for a lot of users. Also, something that is recommended in case it stops working (even though it is not showing under the list of supported devices) is trying these syncing troubleshooting steps.

iPhone 4S is not a supported device, this is the reason why it is not working.
