Ionic, Textra, Samsung Note 8, I don't see an option for quick replies on Text Messages

Got an Ionic for Christmas.  It is on the latest Ionic Firmware Release (27.33.1.30) and I am using Textra for messages on a Samsung Note 8 (with the latest software).  I have set up quick responses on the textra app but when I get a text message there is no option for "Quick Reply"?

I had the same issue. To fix it you need to change to Android Inline Reply in Textra (Settings: Customize Notifications: Define Notification Actions) - change Android Heads Up button 1 to Android Inline Reply.
