Ionic Update

I am having some issues with my Ionic, and iwith my wife's as well. The app on our phones update with out issues, but the Ionic update is not working at all on either of our watch's.     I tryied everything Bluetooth, Wifi, and reboot of App, watch, and phone still nothing.  not just that it takes hours for it to download and when it gets to the rnd it freezes up and stops working ERROR, No reason why just ERROR.

 

An update should not take two hours and never update.   I really would like to get this issue resolved or Fitbit needs to update thier app to work more efficient.

All it dose is loopfrom download to install, I started it last night and it still doing the same thing downloading and installing.   You really need to fix this issue FITBIT team.  Your upgarde dosen't seem to be working for a lot of people, and not just that seems like a lot of people are not hapy with the upgrade who got it to wiork after a hunderd tries. What I found is the issue is with my iconic tracker. if I do a soft reset. Hold the single input on the left (is on my left wrist) and the lower input on the right. Hold them until the Fitbit logo appears and release. This seems to be working temporarily for me. I have tried everything else and yes I tried to relaod the software it failed twice and finally loaded. 

At least from perspective the problem is the tracker.
