Ionic Vibrate broken?

Hi guys and gals, 

 

i received my new Ionic yesterday and really like it! However, whenever the Ionic virbates for a notification or to start a workout, it seems something inside the watch is loose. The vibration is just extremely loud. Anyone have similar issues?

Hi

 

There's a setting to change the vibrations settings on the ionic in the settings menu, possible to choose between normal / strong.

 

If shaking a bit with your arm, do you hear a noise of any kind inside your tracker? It should stay quiet (otherwise a replacement may be required).. Cat Embarassed
