Ionic Vibrating in the Middle of the Night

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

my ionic wakes me up at night.  At 4.23am or thereabouts (I note from my sleep tracker) every couple of weeks my ionic vibrates and wakes me up.  is there something I can do to stop it?  It vibrates in the same way as if I've done 10,000 steps.  my alerts are set to silent so it's not from my phone.

@donska Welcome to the Fitbit forums! Thanks for taking the time to report the situation you are currently experiencing with your Ionic waking you up at the middle of the night.

When it vibrates, do you see anything in the screen?

It may be that you may have an alarm set up for that time. Please double check on your watch and disable any alarms:

  1. On your device, open Alarms. You’ll see your next scheduled alarm..
  2. To disable an alarm, tap it and then tap Off.

To delete an alarm:

  1. Disable and delete alarms on your device's screen. To delete an alarm, open Alarms > tap the alarm > Remove

If this is not the case, please try performing a restart on your watch. This should help you out as well.

Try this out and let me know how it goes! Smiley Happy
