Ionic Wallet Issues

I have an Ionic and the wallet function is screwed up.  The only place I can see the wallet is on my cell phone Fitbit app.  It does NOT show up on my Ionic or my PC Fitbit App.  Unfortunately this forces me to enter a PIN to unlock my Fitbit every day even though the wallet function is not on the watch itself.  How can I either delete it from my mobile app (any time I touch the app for setup it goes to the setup screen but no further) or re-add it to my PC app and Ionic?

Tried the recommended solution, still the same issue.  Problem not solved
