Lat week during a concert at Fenway I checked my watch for step counts for the day as it was nearing midnight and my watch said zero..I had zeros across the board as well as it said it was 81 degrees as that was incorrect as well. When I sync'd my watch to my phone all the info appeared on my dashboard and had been counted yet it still said zero on my watch. I have reset my watch and seems to have corrected it however it wiped out all my previous info. Very disappointed as my wife has had zero issues with her iwatch having it longer than I have had my Ionic.

@JAzbill17 Welcome to the Fitbit family! Thanks for sharing the experience you have had with Ionic not showing any data on its display. Thanks for trying those troubleshooting steps to sort this out. I'm glad it is now showing the data once again.
What data was wiped out when you restarted your watch? The data for that day?
Something you could try to prevent this from happening again is changing the clock face you are currently using. Find the instructions on how to do that here.
