How can i put a water reminder in fitbit ionic i tried ionic water application it didn’t work any help

If the issues that you are experiencing with the Ionic Water app are long connection times, please check your Fitbit Smartwatch connection settings with your phone, please take a look at the troubleshooting in this help article: How do I set up and troubleshoot apps on my Fitbit device?
