Ionic Window 7 music transferring and weather search bar

  • Hi, Im using Fitbit Ionic and Samsung Galaxy 4.


    1. when I search weather using Fitbit Ionic weather app, it is keep on searching. Nothing shows... Location service is already turned on in my phone and Fitbit App too. Wifi connection is no problem. Please help...

     

     

    2. I'm using Window 7, I try to transfer the music(songs) using comet player. I can see the music play list in Fitbit connection but I can not transferring the music. It just shows "exclamation mark(!)" beside of music file...

    I already check every trouble shooting steps from Fitbit Community and I also tried factory reset.

    Please help me. I really want to use Ionic...

Welcome to the Community @SunsetRunner. I appreciate the time you took to share every detail about the issue you're experiencing. Regarding the weather app, please check that you have all the following requirements: 

 

- Your Fitbit app is updated 

- Your Android location is set to "high accuracy" (This should be found on your Android settings) 

- Your Ionic must be syncing in order to update it 

- Your Android OS must be at least 5.0

 

In regards to the music transfer, this can only be done using Windows 10 PC and the Fitbit app/ Mac or Windows 7/8 and the Fitbit Connect app. Remember that you can only transfer files that you own or don't require a license some won't transfer due to copyright protections (known as DRM encryption).
