Ionic - Wireless Headphones Connectivity

Just received my new Ionic.  Have a pair of Plantronic wireless headphones that I use for running.  When I select +Audio Device and it searches, it states no devices found.  Are these two devices compatible?  Am I doing something wrong?  Thank you.

@krdooley, are you putting the headphones in pairing mode during the time you are asking the Ionic to add a new device?

I think I assumed I would turn it on and it would pair.  I'm an idiot.  Thanks for the reminder!  Paired!
