I tried to charge my Ionic last night and woke up this morning expecting it to be fully charged and ready to go. However it would not turn on.. it seems to be completely dead. It will not charge or respond to any resets. I cleaned the contacts to no avail. What is going on??

How can dozens of people have their watches fail at the same time and this not be suspicious? Why won’t Fitbit try to repair my watch? I spent $250 and I expect it to last more than a few months.. so we are to throw our watches away and try again? Is that your solution Fitbit?
