This is my third post as I can not find my earlier ones using the search function on this site.
I have had 3 surges and 2 ionics. 2 surges died and now 2 ionics have died.
The last ionic will not even setup due to a known Fitbit software upgrade issue. They gave me a 24 to 48 hours window to fix. They have 24 hours left.
Why is the quality of these products so bad?
Let's see if a moderator responds with more than just a scripted response!

I can't really comment on the issues you have had but should you want to find your old posts then go to your profile by selecting your profile image at the top right of the screen and then selecting "My Profile". Scroll down to see the threads you have participated in.

Fitbit, You said there would be a fix in 48 hours. Time is up. WHere is the fix?
Is there anyone out there that can give me an update?
