Ionic Won't Turn On & Account Takeover

So I have a two fold issue: 

1) My ionic won't turn on period.  Charged for two+ hours and then a day. Checked the connections confirmed the USB port/charger works and nothing.  Any additional thoughts?

2) Someone attempted to takeover my account today (5/20) and customer support via email really wasn't getting my issue.  Thankfully I caught it early enough to change the password, but be careful and don't dismiss those changed email notices.

I have the same problem. My Fitbit was working just fine and fully  charged. Stopt working somewhere during the night and it won't turn on again. When I connect the charger nothing happens en also a hard or soft reset does not work. Please help.
