Noticed my Ionic had turn off, thought it was a bit odd as i charged it over night. tried to turn it on and got nothing. hold the left button down for 10 seconds got nothing. (held it for longer than 10 seconds) held all the buttons down (still nothing).
Connected it to my computer and got nothing also didn't even register it was connected. its been trying to update thought it might have something to do with that.
Has anyone had anything similar happen before?

I am literally having the same exact problem today and mine is only year old it’s so annoying

They usually don't make it a year. I had two each only lasted about 6 months each. It it's past 12 months forgot will ask you to purchase a new one. Honestly question? How do you feel about that? Is that acceptable? Honestly though, the watch has major issues that Fitbit has not addressed. Let's hope our voice helps. I'm dedicated to doing everything in my power to make sure our voices are heard.
