My Fitbit Ionic is just over a year old (purchased in March of 2018) and late last week, with plenty of battery left, turned off and I haven’t been able to turn it back on since. It is completely unresponsive.
I’ve tried every troubleshooting tip posted/recommended by Fitbit help forum moderators and others having the same issue, including charging for more than 12 hours, cleaning the charging port/connector, trying both reset options (two button while charging, and three button hard reset), etc.
I even attempted to submit a return request, but couldn’t get past step 1, where it asks for “order number” and zip code. I couldn’t find my “order number” on my receipt.
Really frustrated and would love a resolution. Please help!

Same happened to me yesterday, just buzzed on my wrist and up and quit. Tried all the reset suggestions, tried charging it for a while (although it had at least 25% when it happened), but it's just dead. Got mine right around release date in October of 2017. I've seen a slew of these complaint through the modern fitbit devices...the timing is rather odd that it all seems to happening around the same time.
