Hey guys , having this problem for over a week now. No sleep record or steps haven't synced properly. Taken Fitbit app off a few times and reset my Fitbit..
Nothing.
Any help please?

@DJ21 Welcome to the Fitbit forums! Thanks for taking the time to post the situation you are experiencing with your steps and sleep not syncing properly. Thanks for trying the restart and taking off the Fitbit app.
Are you still experiencing the same?
In this case, you might have a firmware update pending which may be causing this. Please check if you have any updates and download it. This should certainly help you out with this. Check the new features released on the new OS here.
