Ionic Wont Connect to Vivo V9 phone

Hi. Just recently bought ionic yesterday. being try to connect with my android vivo v9 but not successful. I had restart my phone, my ionic, reinstall the apps but still didnt work. it always stuck at FOund it! but wont connect.

Is it on the supported phone list?

my phone is not in the list..most phone not in the list accept for samsung and iphone.. i didnt have this issue with my gamin..if cant be pair , i had to make a uturn back to garmin
