Ionic Works and Syncs, but black screen.

Syncs with my phone. Green lights still flashing on the bottom, vibrates when buttons are pushed, but black screen...

Thanks for replying! Upon further investigation I found that there was a minor tear in one of the sensor plastics against my wrist, because of that, it’s likely water got inside when I took a shower. I’m not sure when this device was sent to me or warranty details, but is water damage repairable?
