Ionic - Worst out of the box experience of all time in the history of devices

Its been hours upon hours of failed Bluetooth and wifi issues trying to take a simple OS update on my new Ionic now **ahem**ic **ahem**bit. I am trying to imagine how this product made it out of beta testing. I am trying to figure out how this company is even a company. Is this what people put up with when they normally get a new product? If my xbox did the same thing out of the box I would take it back.... well guess where this **ahem**ic thing is going.

It's such a wasted opportunity. 

The ionic has the potential to be a very good device, but, two years after release, it still feels like an untested experience.  

Imagine trying to give an ionic as a gift?

I suspect that the development team have been ignored and bypassed by the senior management, and that the marketing department are in charge, get the funding etc.

I wonder how long they'll last when Google finally take the reins!!

This company reminds me of Palm.  Ah well.
