Ionic alarms

My alarms on my Ionic do not always work. It actually seems they don’t alarm more than they do...  I have two alarms, one for weekdays (M-F) and one for the weekend (S-S). I have checked them and they are both on. I have removed them and set them back up. Is anyone else seeing this and does anyone have a fix?  I rely on them to wake me up for work...

There is a new app available now in the app store created by a Developer made Zeraph. It's called smart alarm

It's not using the sleep cycles but the arm movement so it's pretty much the same, it's working really well.

This one keeps on vibrating untill you stop it so much better.

I’m having the same issue - some days the alarm works and some it doesn’t. Not very helpful when used as a reminder to take tablets!!

I removed the “lock” on the watch and have had no additional issues with
the alarm since doing so, it’s been a few months now where it has
functioned as expected

Having the same issue. Seems like it became more evident after I updated to the latest firmware update. Also, could be related to using the NFC Chip as well. Update: 06/27/2018. A little surprised, but I found a setting that allows me to change when the NFC Passcode is required. For some reason fibit has this defaulted to call the Passcode sequence for any action beyond simply looking at your watch face. So I was having to enter the passcode every time I went out for my daily walk. After setting this only to trigger when I actually am using the NFC chip in the watch, this also corrected the alarms not triggering at their schedule time. The Passcode is required if you're going to use the NFC function, but.. it interferes with the alarms for some reason.

I contacted Fitbit and they told me to reset - press the left side button and the bottom right together for about 10 seconds until the Fitbit logo appears. So far so good as the alarms worked this morning.
